Seller review: KV Vet Supply. Product never shipped after 3 weeks and they charged my credit card. Amazon promptly got me my refund.

I have heard quite a bit of good reviews on this product, so I decided to order it for my two Yorkies. Are using this product for a while, I noticed that their coats were not NEAR as shiney as they were when I was using Missing Link, which is what I untimately decided to switch back to. I will be sticking with that. It works wonders on their coats and makes them so shiney!
I think my dog liked the taste of the Grizzly Salmon Oil, but their coats really started to look dull and lose it’s shine – so I went back to what works best – Missing Link!

This product really can do amazing things for your dog, and is an incredibly healthy supplement to take. However, I find the fish smell absolutely disugusting (and trust me, it’s evident — it lingers for a while) and unfortunately, my dog absolutely HATES the taste of this stuff. The first few times I put it on a treat, she would reluctantly eat it, but now whether it mix some into her food or put it in a treat, she refuses to touch it.
Too bad, because the benefits of the products really noticeable.

It’s hard to tell if my dog has benefited much from the oil. She’s been on it for about a year, 2x daily. Then again, she’s about 11 years old and her coat is beginning to change, less shinny and vibrant. I continue with the oil because I think it’s beneficial to have it in her system. It’s sort of like the yoga I practice…it’s designed to “maximize potential and minimize liability.” My hope is that the oil does just that.

My groomer recommended giving my dog a supplement for his dry skin, so I invested in this product. He has soft fur as is and I’m not really sure the oil makes much of a difference. I’m also not sure that the small amount that I put in this food really flavors it or if its undetectable. I will continue to use this product bec it doesn’t seem to hurt, but I can’t say for certain that its really the product that makes a difference.
